Our team sequenced demolition section-by-section, immediately covering each live area with canvas tarpaulins to mitigate rain risk. We rebuilt the roof on reinforced galvanized anti-rust beams and purlins, then installed a high-performance layered system—PE foam, OSB board, asphalt sheet, waterproof membrane, and asphalt shingles—and finished with oversized gutters per the client’s request.
