Completed Built-In Works at Blue Canyon Golf Course Apartment, Phuket

Following the completion and handover of our 3-bedroom golf course apartment project at Blue Canyon, Phuket, we are pleased to showcase the finished built-in works delivered by the Thaim To Build team.

The scope focused on creating practical, clean and contemporary built-in solutions throughout the apartment while maintaining a consistent design language across the kitchen, living areas and bedrooms.

From custom kitchen cabinetry to concealed storage and full-height wardrobes, each element was designed and constructed to maximise functionality while keeping the overall interior light and uncluttered.

Wet & Dry Kitchen

One of the main features of the project is the combination of a spacious dry kitchen and separate wet kitchen.

The dry kitchen incorporates extensive built-in cabinetry, a large central island, integrated appliances and generous countertop space. The neutral textured cabinet finish works together with the light countertops and timber flooring to create a warm, contemporary atmosphere.

The adjoining wet kitchen provides additional preparation and cooking space, complete with built-in lower cabinetry, worktops, hob, extractor hood and washing facilities.

Separating the two areas allows the main kitchen to remain clean and presentable while providing a dedicated space for heavier cooking.

Concealed Cabinet & Storage

Storage was an important consideration throughout the project.

Custom concealed cabinets and recessed storage units were constructed to make use of available wall spaces without making the interior feel crowded. By integrating the cabinetry directly into the architecture, these areas provide useful additional storage while maintaining a clean and seamless appearance.

Built-In Wardrobes

The bedrooms feature custom full-height built-in wardrobes, designed to maximise storage from floor to ceiling.

Internally, the wardrobes include hanging areas, shelving and drawer storage, providing practical organisation while keeping the external appearance minimal and consistent with the rest of the apartment.or.

Custom TV Panel & Living Room Storage

For the living area, our team completed a custom TV feature wall and built-in entertainment unit.

The combination of clean white cabinetry and vertical timber detailing creates a simple focal point without overwhelming the room. Integrated shelving provides space for decorative pieces, while the low-level cabinets offer additional concealed storage.

The timber detailing also connects visually with other built-in elements throughout the apartment, creating continuity between different spaces.

Shoe Rack & Entrance Storage

A purpose-built shoe rack and entrance storage unit was incorporated near the entrance.

The cabinetry combines closed storage with a practical bench area and full-height timber feature panel, helping keep the entrance organised while maintaining the apartment's contemporary aesthetic.

From Construction to Final Handover

This project demonstrates how carefully planned built-in works can significantly improve both the functionality and overall character of a residential interior.
