The villa’s kitchen was fitted with custom carcasses made from high-grade plywood, ensuring durability and resistance to moisture. For the finish, we used a premium wood-grain laminate paired with white engineered stone countertops for a clean and modern look.

In the bedrooms, our team delivered built-in wardrobes, vanity counters, and feature walls. The carcasses were constructed with moisture-resistant MDF, while the finishes featured warm wood laminate panels, seamlessly blending with the villa’s overall modern design.

• Feature Wall: Vertical wood slats with indirect LED lighting behind the bedhead, creating a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere.

Doors & Panels: Seamless Integration

All doors and wall panels were customized to match the villa’s interior design, using the same laminate wood finish for consistency. Flush doors with minimalist black handles were installed to maintain a contemporary aesthetic.

Dining & Living Areas: Cohesive Flow

To ensure a smooth flow between the kitchen and dining areas, we installed a custom dining table with a natural stone finish top, paired with neutral-tone dining chairs. The seamless design language of the fit-outs ties every room together, delivering both elegance and functionality.
